How long does bundle delivery take?

Most paid orders arrive within 5–20 minutes. Network processing can occasionally take longer.

What should I do if the MoMo prompt does not appear?

Open your Mobile Money wallet and check Pending Approval. Keep the payment page open while SmartLinkGH confirms the callback.

How do I find my order?

Use the order reference sent after checkout or the recipient phone number on the Track order page.

Money was deducted but my order is not confirmed. What next?

Do not make another payment immediately. Track the order first, then contact support with the order reference and payment number.
